Fog Forecast

What it does
Predicts upcoming fog for your location: hour by hour for the next 48 hours, then a daily likelihood for the days after.
What you need
- A location, set with the Location picker. Without one, the screen asks you to set it in Settings.
- A network connection. The forecast is loaded live, so this tool does not work offline.
How to use it
- Set your location.
- Read Next Fog Window for the first stretch of fog coming up, with a timeline of the next 48 hours.
- Read Next 5 Days for a day-by-day outlook.
Reading the results
- Next Fog Window: the day and hours when fog is expected, for example a start and end time, with a note that visibility can drop significantly for outdoor shoots. If only a day is known, it says fog is possible that day and that an hourly window is not available this far out. If none is coming, it says No Fog Expected.
- Next 5 Days: one chip per day showing Likely or Clear. If the forecast source covers fewer days, the remaining chips show a dash.
- Unavailable: the forecast could not be loaded. Try again later.

- Use the hourly window for timing and the daily chips for planning.
